Gainsborough Stables, Newmarket: Started January 09 - Completed Febrary 09

Gainsborouh Stables, owned by Sheikh Mohammed, are the headquarters of British horseracing and we are very pleased to be a part of this project.  We are currently demolishing a house and around 100 stables at the site in order for a completely new stable development.  Along with the demolition we are crushing the materials to a 6F1 specification in order for reuse during the construction phase.  Overall the project is a £5,500,000 redevelopment being carried out on behalf of Sheikh Mohammed.

Queensbridge Quarters, Hackney E8 - Phase 2 - Completed June 09

The Queensbridge Quarters project involves the demolition of 60 flats and the removal of asbestos at the properties.  The new development will feature 151 high specification aspartments, Penthouses and Houses.  This redevelopment is one of many of its kind taking place aruond London in order to modernize the capital in time for London Olympics 2012.  Our estimated time for the works is 6-8 weeks

Stanhope Regeneration, Ashford, Kent: Started January 08 - Kildown Close in Progress

The Demolition contract is expanded over 3 years consisting of 3 Phases of demolition; the current phase is made up of a 5 storey block of flats with pitched roof which we are demolishing conventionally using various excavators and other machinery. The future phases consist of 320 individual flats and maisonettes which are being demolished in the same conventional manner. 

The Project as a whole, being undertaken by Denne Construction, comprises the construction of 442 dwellings for sale and affordable rent, the creation of a new local centre including shops, a library and a housing management office and the modernisation of 325 existing properties.
